Terms of Service
The ground rules for using our site, free tools and open-source code, and how client project work is agreed.
Last updated 13 October 2026
01Agreement to these terms
These terms apply when you use techwebster.com (the "site"), run by TechWebster, Top Floor, H 2/451, Lane-2, near Manipal Hospitals, Sri Satyasai Enclave, Kolathia, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751030. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Using the site
You may browse and share the site freely. You agree not to:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form; or
- copy the site's design or content and present it as your own.
03Our content
The text, design, graphics and the TechWebster name and logo on this site belong to TechWebster unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and project images in our case studies belong to their owners and appear with permission. You may quote or link to our pages with credit, but please ask before reusing anything else.
04Open-source packages
The packages on our open-source page are released under their own licences, currently MIT. Each licence, not these terms, governs how you may use that package's code.
05Products and free tools
Our products run on their own subdomains. Where a product shows its own terms, those apply to it. Free tools are provided as they are, without a guaranteed level of availability, and we may change, limit or retire them. Don't rely on a free tool as the only copy of your work.
06Client projects
Descriptions of our services, timelines and prices on this site are general information, not an offer. Project work starts only once we agree a written proposal or contract with you, and that agreement governs scope, fees, payment, ownership of deliverables and confidentiality. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
07Links to other sites
The site links to services we don't control, such as our social profiles, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
08Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Service descriptions and technical explanations are general information, not professional advice for your situation. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TechWebster is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data you share through the site.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
