TechWebster is a software development studio based at Top Floor, H 2/451, Lane-2, near Manipal Hospitals, Sri Satyasai Enclave, Kolathia, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751030. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit techwebster.com or contact us. We are responsible for that data, and you can reach us about it at info@techwebster.com.

Our products, such as the Code Editor and CRM, run on their own subdomains of techwebster.com. Where a product collects more data than this site, for example to create an account, it gives its own notice in the product.

We only collect what we need to run the site and reply to you:

• Enquiries. When you use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and message.
• Direct messages. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to send.
• Usage data. Vercel Web Analytics records page views, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Vercel Speed Insights records how fast pages load.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health or financial details. Please don't send it through the form.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To deliver work you have engaged us for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, we do not show advertising on this site, and we do not use your data for automated decisions about you.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, such as the GDPR for visitors in Europe, we rely on your consent when you send us an enquiry, on the steps needed before or under a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies.

The contact page embeds a Google Map. When it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to our social profiles take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics.
• FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

We keep enquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and longer only if they become part of a project we deliver or the law requires us to keep records. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. When we no longer need personal data, we delete it.

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• withdraw consent you have given; and
• nominate someone to act for you.

Email info@techwebster.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or to the data protection authority where you live.

The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted on the site.
